Georgina Downs, who has been campaigning to stop pesticides being sprayed in residential areas, is interviewed in the Farmers Guardian. She welcomes Government proposals to introduce 'no-spray' zones near houses, but feels that they are not taking the health risks seriously: "There are serious fundamental flaws throughout the current system as there is virtually no regulatory control or legal protection for members of the public exposed to agricultural chemicals."
