Govt GM Report Due Today

A Government report is due out tomorrow looking at the economic implications of growing – and not growing – GM crops in the UK. The Soil Association is quoted in the Daily Express as saying that GM crops have cost the US economy £8billion since 1999 from lost trade and the recall of products contaminated with GM ingredients: the UK could face similar or worse problems.
