Co-op Spill the Beans

On Tuesday the FT reported that The Co-operative Bank lost nearly £4.4m worth of business last year from companies it turned down on ethical and environmental grounds. For the first time, the bank has given details of 41 companies with which it declined business.
On Wed, it cynically pointed out that the Co-op's report ran to 100 pages and so hoped that not many people would request one - even though it is printed on 80% recycled, chlorine-free paper!
On balance, I will continue to bank with them!
