In The Observer's Food Monthly, 'Doctor John Briffa's Guide to Wellbeing' highlights the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry's recent study that showed higher levels of flavonols in organic produce, which are known to have health-giving properties and believed to protect us from major diseases such as heart disease and cancer.
