A new study by the Institute of Grassland and Environmental Research has shown that organic milk contains two thirds more Omega 3 essential fatty acids than ordinary milk. Omega 3 has been shown to help maintain a healthy heart, combat arthritis and aid the development of healthy brains in children. It is also known to aid concentration and can help ease behavioural problems. Nutritionists believe that most people in the UK do not get enough Omega 3 in their diet.
