600ml/1 pint organic milkPut all of the ingredients in a food processor and whiz until frothy. Pour into chilled glasses and serve straight away. Other seasonal fruits can be used or as a special treat, use exotic fruits such as mango or papaya for a tropical taste!
Cook macaroni or pasta shapes. Drain and return to the hot pan. Add grated organic cheese and a couple of tablespoons of organic fromage frais or thick cream and stir over low heat until cheese has melted.
2 tbsp olive oilPreheat the oven 220C Gas 7. Heat the oil in a small roasting tin on the hob, tilting the tin so that the oil covers the bottom and sides. Add the sausages and place in the oven for 10 minutes, shaking the tin occasionally, until browned.
Meanwhile, make the batter:
Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs and a little of the milk. Whisk the eggs and milk together, gradually adding the flour to make a paste. Gradually whisk in the rest of the milk to make a smooth batter. Stir in the garlic and chives.
Pour the batter around the sausages and return to the oven. Reduce the oven temperature to 200C Gas 6 and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until the batter is risen and golden.
Put the butter, golden syrup and chocolate into a small saucepan and melt together over a low heat.
Stir the rice crispy cereal into the organic chocolate and golden syrup mixture.
Line a bun tray with ten paper cases.
Fill the paper cases with the mixture and make and place in the fridge to set.
Stir the organic milk, organic cream, sugar, zest and juice of one orange and cinnamon in a pan over a low heat until the sugar is dissolved, then allow the milk mixture to come just to the boil.
Spread the pudding rice in the bottom of a shallow, buttered ovenproof dish and pour over the milk mixture. Stir to coat all the rice in the milk mixture, then cook for approx 1 hour, stirring once during the cooking time. The pudding will be done when the rice is tender and creamy and most of the liquid is absorbed.
